The Spirit of Springfield has a strong internship program welcoming students to experience all aspects of event planning, management and promotion. Interns participate in meetings, work with staff on various projects, interact with members of the community, and receive great life and career lessons.
This internship requires interns to be in the office at least two days a week with a minimum of four hours each day. The Spirit of Springfield hopes each student will be able to see the planning and preparation as well as the execution of at least one event during their internship.
The Spirit of Springfield would like interns who will be compensated with college credits through their college. This is an unpaid internship.
Interested college students should submit a cover letter and resume for consideration.
